Academy

Since 2026, YUB runs its own education programme: the YUB Academy. Four times a year, a dedicated group of 25 participants is brought together for an in-depth session on a key real estate topic, each delivered by a leading industry partner.

Bridging generations through UPSI-BVS

The YUB Academy builds directly on the expertise of UPSI-BVS and its senior members. As the representative body of the Belgian real estate sector, UPSI-BVS engages with federal and regional authorities, monitors market developments, and actively contributes to the regulatory and policy framework shaping the industry.

This policy-driven knowledge is embedded in the Academy. By integrating UPSI-BVS expertise into the programme, participants gain direct access to the insights, frameworks and decision-making dynamics that operate at the highest level of the sector.

Practical info

Each session starts at 12:00 with a networking reception, followed by the Academy class from 12:30 to 14:00. Participation is included in the YUB membership.

The YUB Academy is officially recognised as accredited training by the Belgian Institute of Real Estate Agents (BIV/IPI). Licensed real estate agents can count these sessions towards their annual continuing education requirements.
